While I was in Minami-Asagaya, I stopped by “Spice & Co.” for lunch!
It is a place where you can enjoy stylish curry made with carefully selected spices.
They keep the oil to a minimum and do not use any wheat flour, so the dishes are quite health-conscious.

On my way back from doing some paperwork at Suginami City Office, I went for lunch at a place called “Ethnic Asian Dining”!

It is in a kind of semi-basement location, so you walk down the stairs to enter.

There are three tables at the back of the shop.
The potted plants by the window are stylish too.
The small decor items around this area also felt very refined.
Here’s the lunch menu
You can choose your curry from “Chicken”, “Lamb”, “Shrimp”, or “Oyster”.
We ordered the “Chicken + mini keema” and the “Lamb”!
Here is the “Chicken + mini keema”
The mini keema is in the front and the chicken is at the back.
The bright yellow “Indian rice” and blue “Japanese rice” really stand out!
The vegetable achar and mung beans are also very healthy.
This one is the “Lamb”
It has very little gaminess and is easy to eat!
If you would like to add more heat, you can sprinkle on some “Hot Spice”.
You can also buy this spice to take home as a souvenir.
For dessert, we ordered a “lassi”!
It is mildly sweet and perfect for refreshing your palate.
